Personal information

We do not explicitly collect any personal information from our users. However, when logging in using an identity provider such as Google or Discord, the following information is transmitted to us:

• Name (Google) or username (Discord)
• Email address
• Avatar image

Of these, only your email address and avatar URL are ever stored in our database. For your privacy, the name provided by your OAuth session is immediately replaced with a random 10-character UUID which you can change at any time. No passwords, browser data, or other personal information is collected.

How the information collected is used

This information is used to authenticate you and identify you as the owner of any additional information you provide about your in-game characters or associations. It is not in any way shared with third parties.

Length of time personal information is stored

We store this information as long as you have an account with us.

Information security

While we do our best to keep your private information secure and safe, data leaks and malicious attacks do happen. Please understand that providing your personal information is at your own risk.
